Please note that the emergency contact numbers listed below are strictly for emergencies that occur outside our regular working hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, for our aberfeldy office.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This emergency service is exclusively for our existing customers. All lodge owners must report communal defects directly to the property factor at [email protected].
The reporting lodge must provide accurate telephone contact and address information to the contractor and arrange a visit. Contractors attending may request a copy of the most recent common charges invoice as proof of ownership from the factor.
If a repair is later determined to be private, the lodge owners will be responsible for all labor and material costs incurred up until that point. After that, the individual homeowner will be responsible for the costs of any private repairs instructed.
Please be aware that calling a contractor outside of regular working hours will result in higher than normal hourly charges. Lodge owners should only use this service when absolutely necessary.
